Course: CIS-101 Semester Hours: 5 Clock Hours: 225 Tuition: $1995
This course teaches the skills required to be an entry-level computer network technician. Completion of this course provides the technician with competency to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, install, operate and configure basic network infrastructure, describe networking technologies, basic network design principles, and adherence to wiring standards and the use of network testing tools.
Although not a prerequisite, it is recommended that prospective students have at least nine months of experience in network support or administration or academic training along with completion of CIS-100.
