DoD 8570 requires that all personnel holding Information Assurance Technical (IAT) and Management positions (IAM) be certified in their respective fields. CompTIA A+ certification, Network+ certification, Security+ certification and ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are some of the most popular qualifying certifications available. Over 100,000 active duty military, reserve and contractor/civilians are among those that must be certified.
California Institute of Arts and Technology (CIAT) offers online and on-site classroom training to meet DoD 8570 certification objectives while providing learning that will enhance an individual’s skills and competency in the workplace.
